My suggestions,

Thought of random suggestions,
Scroll seller
Command to open allineone npc (<~~~including chaos scrolls!)
Custom mount covers (iv seen hot air balloon, rog, motor cycles, toy horse etc mount covers in v62 servers)
Commands like @rape, @slap etc.
More skin colors Example ~ Gold, Grey etc <~~~Seen in other v62 servers also
Custom Gacha machines <~~~ na server iv played had it to where you trade gacha tickets in to exp gacha npc
and that npc gives you random tetric pieces. You trade those tetris pieces in to the gachapon machine that it
goes too. Different gacha machines give certain types of items. ~Example~ 1 machine gives random weapons with random
slots and random attacks.
ill think of more stuff later.
